Bugzilla Localization Guide Reloaded

I have just finished to write an hopefully comprehensive guide to localize Bugzilla templates and documentation following the move to reStructured Text for writing documentation.

There is certainly still room for improvements so do not hesitate to leave comments.

Woof quel hénaurme boulot de doc! Incroyable comme le processus est tortueux avec un tas de "do not... otherwise it breaks..." :D et autres chausse-trapes.

Je dirais bien que c'est un travail de bénédictin mais je sais que tu préfères la bénédictine, et abhorres toute comparaison à connotation religieuse :D
